How do I become a member?

Complete the FLNHG application and e-mail it to the founder and president of FLNHG: RBenjamin_RN@outlook.com. She will review your application and get back to you within a week with the next steps in joining the FLNHG.

What costs are associated with joining the FLNHG?

The associated costs to join our chapter include the purchase of a white uniform, shoes and hosiery, (dress or pant uniform is acceptable) the purchase of a cape (65.00 plus shipping or you can sew your own cape) and 35.00 dues upon joining ad annually in the month of January. You may also wear a family cape passed down and your own cap if you choose.

Where do I get my uniform?

White uniforms can be more difficult to find but can often be purchased online at Amazon or plug in "Nurses uniform" to google and you will find a number of sites that come up you can order from.

What time commitment is required?

Six tributes a year is encouraged, and a minimum of two in person meetings. The community activities you attend is based upon your availability.

Do I need a cape to participate in tribute ceremonies or activities?

You can particapate in any activity so long as you have a white uniform. We will provide you with cap, gloves and candle.
